We are happy to help you figure out what is the correct size for your horse before shipping your items, please email [email protected]
If for any reason an item does not fit and you need to exchange it, please contact us within 30 days of your order.

You will need to send back your items to either our Ontario or Vermont store with tracked shipment.

If you are exchanging for a different size you will need to pay the shipping on the new size.

Custom sizes cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you are returning an item, the refund will be less the PayPal fee which is a non-refundable charge to us.

If you accidentally ordered from the USA or Canadian store and meant to order from the opposite we can refund less the PayPal fee.
